 If you are a plus size girl (size 14 and up) and you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress, the first thing you have to do, is get the size tag out of your head.

You need to get a dress that hugs the right curves and runs smoothly over the not so nice curves. Once you have found a plus size wedding dress that does just that, you don’t need to know the size.

Remember this is your special day. You have organized everything right down to the centerpieces, and you want to be able to enjoy your day. You don’t want to be putting yourself under the pressure and stress of buying a dress a size or two too small, with the hopes of starving yourself into it.

First of all, even if you do manage to lose a few pounds, they may not come off the spot you are hoping for. Do yourself a favor, and stay as fit and healthy as you can leading up to your wedding, but get a plus size wedding dress fitted to your size now. If by chance you lose a few pounds, you can get it altered.

But to force yourself onto some crazy diet, at the same time as parties are being given for you, and lots of activities leading up to your wedding, this is not the time for some crash dieting.

Remember breathing is not suppose to be an “option”, so do not get a plus size wedding dress that is too tight, it will not look good, and you will not feel good. You want to walk down that aisle in a dress that fits you just right. You will stand taller and feel beautiful and look sleek, and who cares what the size is.
